Cutting it close!

Last night I started a new handbag project using an old friend, the brown and white cowhide that I also used to make the cowhide clutches. 
Of course I couldn't leave you guys hanging so I just had to finished it. 
And here it is! 
I used a pink cotton fabric for the lining to give it that edge, and the golden chains for the classic summer look. 
Well, I'm actually leaving for italy in just a couple of hours and I'm not even finished packing!! "Umf.." so in other words, this is my last post before my summer vacation. . . 
I'll be home in a couple of weeks so I hope to see you then.

Finished result

Last week I met a great kid, he is one of my colleague son. 
He asked me if I would draw him an Jack Sparrow drawing so I thought I'd document the process for him so that it maybe could give him some tips on how to draw himself.

Long time no see!


For all of you followers out their I have to say that I'm sorry if I have disappointed you these last couple of weeks. I know that my blog hasn't been updated in a long time, and for that I'm sorry. I'm not one of those bloggers that post everything about myself so I'm not going to, lets just say I've had a bit of an personal crises so I took some time of from creating to get my toughest together. 


With that said, I'm back and I'm here to stay, at least for 4 more days.. 


Then I'm of to italy for two weeks :D 
Mr. K and I are actually going to fly down to Milan and just take it from their. We have only two nights in Milan before we move on to Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples, Amalfi and Pompeii and maybe we'll evan make it to Sicily. 

I'm SOOOO exited to get tons of inspiration to share with you guys! So please keep following!
