The little green dress

Yesterday my sister, my mother and I was at a flee market. I found some retro duvet covers.
And here you can see what I'm going to make out of them. Pretty cute ha?
This dress is in size 0-6 months, but since the pattern is so simple you can make this dress in any size.

I'm back from Paris.

And here you see some of the inspiration i found in one of the largest fashion capitals in the world:

This Leather jacket I found in an Ed Hardy store at  Champs-Élysées. Its to die for!! To bad the price tag said 1600Euros..! I don't know about you guys, but thats WAY over my clothing budget.
On the bright side, it gave me inspiration to make something similar in the future, so it'a not all bad.

The shoes is from the same store and they are just 2 Qt!

Swarovski Krystall staircase!

You know what they say.. "Diamonds are a girls best friend". And in this (stair)case Swarovski crystals would be a great friend!

My niece has arrived!

At  04.17 last night my first niece was born:)

Here is the gift that I have made for her:

A baby blanket with her name, Kayla Marie, the date she was born, at what time and how much she weighs.
Kayla Marie is actually the first baby in our family to be born since I was a baby myself. So You can imagine how thrilled we are to have this little sweet hart join our family!

Extention to my wardrobe!

For along time now I have been searching for a tunic pattern, but with no result. To days ago I went thru my wardrobe an found an old tunic that I used to LOVE. But it was totally worn out. So I got an idea to cut it up and use the old tunic as a pattern for my new one.

Here you see a tiny bit of the project process:

And AFTER:

I hope this can inspire you guys to do the same.
This is a cool way to reuse your old favorites!

-Pins
-Scissors
-And a Sewing machine.

The seam allowance is included in the pattern I have made.
